Decision Desk HQ Site Redesign and Brand Guidelines

  • As Decision Desk HQ’s first and only visual designer, I came onboard to create a design system and brand guidelines for current and future design needs.

  • In addition to being the lead designer on their biggest client projects, in my first 6 months, I redesigned DDHQ’s new election results site, newsletter, marketing materials, social graphics, and internal and client-facing decks/presentations.

  • Client: Decision Desk HQ

  • Role: Lead Designer

  • Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Github

Site Redesign

The Decision Desk website redesign is an ongoing project aimed to elevate and clarify the DDHQ brand, attract new customers, and provide real-time election results and election news coverage to readers. Prior to the launch of the redesign, DDHQ used several unique URLs and sites for their business pages, blog, and results, leaving the user experience disjointed and the brand unclear. Part of the redesign was bringing together all aspects of the business under one URL in order to build a more cohesive experience for both customers and readers.
